A lot of people are responding to this series.

I only understood how music worked after I was able to play chords on my guitar. I was 11 at the time. I thought to myself...I could play these chords on the piano...& so a piano jammer was born!Elizabeth Love (née Acheson)https://www.blogger.com/profile/09988227329331970522noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-195494842146711823.post-28370298552491818242007-02-20T17:32:00.000+13:002007-02-20T17:32:00.000+13:00These Mother's Legacy paintings are my favourites....These Mother's Legacy paintings are my favourites.

It is interesting about the music and painting link ... it is something I have discussed before with other artists. I learnt classical piano as a child and still play but only for my own pleasure .. never in company! I also used to sing in various choirs and had lessons when young.

I think music and visual art are indeed very close and compliment each other in many ways.

But back to this set ... just love'em.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-195494842146711823.post-12979508552484899462007-02-19T07:11:00.000+13:002007-02-19T07:11:00.000+13:00I can sing and have done some Musical Theatre!
