Its getting difficult for me to comment on your work. How many ways can I find to I say how wonderful it is?!! Love the sentiment of 'peace not war'.

Thanks, Angela. Text comes from one of NZ's National Anthems. Very beautiful, moving words...

Hi, Philip. "Peace Not War" was worked & re-worked & reworked. Why does that happen, when other pieces sort of paint themselves & are finished easily?

Well Elizabeth - I have recently finished a canvas that has been fighting me on and off for five years! I was determinded to win! Other works comes easily. Strange isn't it? Nice to know it isn't just me!

Welcome, Cath. Thanks for having a look at my work & letting me know you have visited.
I see that you have studied with TLC. I'm finding the support of my TLC mentor, Jane Blackmore, invaluable as I continue on this journey.

So, Philip...what happens to such a 'problem' canvas?! Do you have it available for sale or do you keep it?
